Terms & Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales contracts concluded through the website draftingfolio.com between CORA SRL (the Seller) and customers (Buyers). Submitting an order constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

1. Identity of the Seller

2. Products and prices

Prices on the website are in Euro and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time the order is placed. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price applied is the one displayed at the moment the order is submitted.

3. Order process

The Buyer places an order by completing the form on the website. The order is confirmed by phone within 24 working hours by one of our operators. Phone confirmation is an integral part of the purchase process.

4. Payment — Cash On Delivery

Payment is made in cash upon delivery of the product (COD). The Buyer pays the courier directly the full order amount when the package is received. No advance payment is required.

5. Delivery

Delivery takes place within 24-48 working hours after telephone confirmation of the order. Shipping is free across all served European countries. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the courier or by force majeure events.

6. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the product, without giving any reason. CORA SRL voluntarily extends this period to 30 days. To exercise the right of withdrawal, write to info@draftingfolio.com.

7. Legal warranty of conformity

Products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity provided by Articles 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code. The warranty covers conformity defects existing at the time of delivery.

8. Limitation of liability

CORA SRL is not liable for damages arising from improper use of products, modifications made by the Buyer, or failure to follow the instructions for use. The Seller's liability is in any case limited to the order amount.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile. For all other disputes, the exclusive jurisdiction is the Court of Trento.

10. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform you that you may access the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
